    Can I workout from home?

    Yes, you can definitely workout from the comfort of your home! I build a bespoke comprehensive program that is suitable for both home and gym environments. All exercises within your program will includes follow-along videos to help you perform each rep correctly. 

    I'm going on holiday, how does coaching work while away?

    Holidays are meant to be enjoyed to the fullest. If you find pleasure in staying active and exercising while on holiday, then by all means, go ahead and indulge in it. However, it's essential to keep in mind that you need not necessarily adhere to your fitness routine while on holiday. If you wish to maintain a healthy balance during your holiday without compromising on your fitness goals, I can provide you with educational resources to guide you towards your objectives.

    What if I can do certain exercises?

    You may find the workouts and some of the movements challenging, all you have to do let me know and I will provide an alternative.  Also if you aren't sure on your technique please submit videos of you completing the movement to me and I'll help fix your form! Many members do this which will speed up your results!

    I'm injured can I still start?

    If you have been cleared by your doctor or physio, you can join but avoid any movements they have advised against.


    I've worked with many with injuries that have found there movement and injuries have improved due to the tailored client centred programming method I use.

    I'm pregnant - Can I still join?

    I understand how important it is to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy. That's why I work closely with many expectant mothers like you. Our workouts are completely safe for you and your baby, and can help you maintain your strength and fitness as your little one grows.  Safety is always my top priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

    How long do workouts take?

    I create custom workouts tailored to your needs. I believe that a program that you can stick to is the most effective one. This is why I don't believe in set workout times, as everyone is unique. We will work together to discuss and design a program that is specific to your goals and abilities.

    Do I have to take Progress Photos?
    You don't have to take progress photos, but it's a really good move if you do! It's so hard for you to see your progress day to day, looking back at photos allows you to see how far you have come! 

    The members who don't take them often regret it! So although you might not feel great about yourself now, it's a start point that's all. No need to judge or critique them, take them, upload them then don't look at them again. I
    Is there a minimum term to be coached by you?

    I never tie anyone into a contract because I want the members to stay because they love the program. Therefore, there's no minimum term, but I recommend giving the program at least 12 weeks before leaving. It's important to understand that results won't happen overnight, and 12 weeks is adequate time to see some real change.

    When will I start to see results?

    It all depends on your current situation and what your ultimate goal is. If you're looking to build muscle, then you need to be patient and have a long-term approach - we're talking about several months of consistent hard work. On the other hand, if you're aiming to lose weight, you may see some small victories within a few weeks, but significant weight loss will only come with sustained effort over time. 


    Ultimately, your results will depend on how much work you're willing to put in. My client-centred approach is proven to work, but it's up to you to stay committed to the process and follow through with the necessary steps to achieve your goals.

    Is this just another meal plan programme?
    I do not believe in writing tailored meal plans as it does not help you to learn how to live your normal and enjoyable life while also achieving your desired results. Following a meal plan does not teach you how to make your diet work for you. Instead, I provide sample meal plans and educate you on how to customise your diet to suit your needs. 

    The ideal diet is one that you can stick to in the long term. Most people do not follow meal plans for an extended period, which is why they do not yield long-term results. I will teach you how to create a diet that works for you, one that you can maintain in the long run, so that your results remain sustainable.
    Do I have to calorie track?

    It's important to understand that tracking calories can be a valuable tool to gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and to establish a personalised dietary plan. However, it's not the only way to monitor your food intake. My coaching also provides ample education on nutrition and portion control. 


    Choosing not to track calories may extend the time it takes to achieve your goals, but it is still possible to achieve them without tracking.

    Can I drink alcohol while being coached?

    When it comes to alcohol consumption, there are no restrictions. However, I strongly recommend limiting alcohol intake to once a week, if possible. When you sign up, you will have access to educational resources that can help you achieve a healthier balance with alcohol. These resources include information on what drinks to choose and how to plan your social life around your alcohol consumption.

    Do I need to take supplements?

    While it is not a requirement to include  supplements in your diet, the inclusion of protein powder can be a beneficial supplement to your regular protein intake. This is especially true for individuals who have difficulty meeting their daily protein goals through traditional dietary sources alone. 


    Nonetheless, it is important to note that protein can be obtained from a variety of sources, and protein powder is not the only option available.

    I'm Vegetarian | Vegan does this matter?

    By availing my assistance, you will be able to learn how to create a diet that suits you the best. This will enable you to stick to it for a longer period of time, leading to long-term results. Irrespective of your dietary requirements, this plan will work effectively.
